About the Author

Willow Bear books are wonderful way to teach children about mindfulness and yoga through the power of storytelling.

 

Hina Thaker is a former Head Teacher and has over 30 years of experience of working with children, parents and families. She has always been interested in enabling children to be creative thinkers who are resilient and skilled to manage the challenges of life.

Hina is a trained children's yoga teacher and an instructor of mindfulness programme for children.
